Job Responsibilities Define the long-range vision for performance engineering group in the cloud Represent the Cloud as Performance Engineering leader across clouds internally and also during customer meetings Be a multiplier by leading a team of performance engineers to improve the scalability of the features delivered Gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable performance engineering plan Influence and collaborate with cross-cloud engineering teams / interdisciplinary teams to meet dependencies Influence architecture and roadmaps by offering solutions for performance and scale challenges.
Managing, Inspiring, Coaching and Growing the careers of team members Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, autonomy, and achieve consistent results.
Knowledge of Database, SQL performance, SQL tuning and optimization. Ability to identify limitations and offer solutions to challenging engineering problems.
5+ years working experience on Cloud-based solutions Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience Desired Skills Led a group of performance engineers who focussed on ensuring high scale and high availability for complex products Experience in products related to revenue operations business domain *LI-Y
