br> You understand marketing initiatives, digital channels, and target audiences. At ZS, you will design and implement video and motion graphic solutions for global campaigns, events, and corporate communications as part of an interdisciplinary marketing and communication team.
br>br>Responsibilities br>br> Ideate, design and develop video and motion graphics solutions for global integrated campaigns across channels including, but not limited to social, web, events, presentations and corporate communicationsbr>br> Develop engaging storyboards to support presentations pitches to internal stakeholdersbr>br> Ensure user experience is a fundamental driver of all video and motion graphic design decisionsbr>br> Develop ideas from initial concept through to final postproductionbr>br> Stay current on video and motion design trends and best br>br> Stay current on video and motion design trends and best practices share with the team inspiring and motivational insights from the external marketbr>br> Provide subject matter expertise on brand standards and educate business stakeholders on video design and motion graphics best practicesbr>br> Source and procure high quality on brand cinematic stock footage, audio tracks, and voice over talent as neededbr>br> Provide project progress reporting to the Art Directorbr>br> Partner with marketing strategists and writers to ensure video design and content work in harmonybr>br> Ensure projects are wellplanned and delivered on time and in budgetbr>br> Assist the Art Director in training and managing agency partnersbr>br> Champion the ZS master brand and ensure its usebr>br>QualificationsSkills br>br> Bachelor's degree in video editing, motion graphic design, advertising, or a related fieldbr>br> 3+ years video editing and motion graphics experience in a creative agency or marketing environmentbr>br> Versed in social media video design best practices particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitterbr>br> Showcase a portfolio of worldclass branded video and motion graphics campaign creativebr>br> Proven experience interpreting, applying, and consulting on corporate brand standardsbr>br> Experience leading brainstorming sessions, interpreting creative briefs, and developing video for integrated campaignsbr>br> Expert knowledge of video preproduction, motion graphic design, postproduction, and sound production editingbr>br> Experience creating compelling video storyboardsbr>br> Ability to work in a dynamic, fastpaced internal agency, with flexibility to shift gears fast across clientsbr>br> Strong analytical and creative thinking skillsbr>br> Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustratorbr>br> Previous creative agency experience preferredbr>br> Experience managing agency partnersbr>br> Excellent time and project management capabilities
