You will be part of NACORA IT department to provide support at internal / external customers and take care of 1st and 2nd level support as per instructions of NACORA
Your Responsibilities
Provide support at internal / external customers and take care of 1st and 2nd level Nacora IT support as per instructions of NACORA Ham
Primary objective will be to support customers to resolve technical problems raised during the development, maintenance of the following global NACORA IT Systems : BMS / e-ClaimNEW / E-Insurance (NCQ)
Work together with appointed software providers of RECEIVER and RECEIVER Ham project management to solve RECEIVER / customer user and application problems
Work with Nacora IT Ham while focusing on the following key objectives.
Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving technical problems
Create and manage incident requests to our software providers
Responsible for all levels of user acceptance test accompanying project development
Establish success quality indicators and responsible for quality management based on the obtained test results
Refine the migration process to ensure an efficient, scalable and error-free migration process
Verification that all data has been migrated correctly, post-import
Communicating migration status with the migrating location, and troubleshooting where required
Your Skills and Experiences
Minimum graduation in Computer Science from a recognized university
Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT project management experience
Goodcommunicator / listener with a good team player attitude
Should be organized, motivated, self-driven & quick learner
Excellent interpersonal skills with all internal & external partners / customers
Ability of managing conflict & providing resolution
Good analytical & problem solving skills
Efficient coordinator with a clear understanding of importance of time management skills
