Position Purpose & Summary
The position coordinator is responsible to coordinate with managersacross the region on position attributes (PDS, Taleo ID, Position update) toensure the record in HR tool is accurate.
This position will buildrelationships with managers and coordinate with managers to ensure the positionattributes are captured accurately.
This position will require a strongcompliance mindset and willingness to push back and challenge managers toensure data in HR tool are captured accurately and that governance is followed.
Relationship Management and Position Management : 40%
Work directly with managers to review and provideconsultation on position management.
Gain trust through strong communication and listeningskills.
Using deep knowledge of the position attributes and otherbusinesses and functions, provide solutions and support to properly maintainthe position attributes.
Build and sustain quality working relationships with Stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR Professionals and other internalstakeholders to ensure solutions meet the needs of clients, and balance when toraise questions to the HR Business Partner.
Ensure the PDS received from the PDS Specialist has allthe required information to create the Position ID in HR tool.
Responsible to draft the Taleo requisition ID and providethe required information to the requestor or manager.
Ensure the position creation or update in the HR tool isaccurate as per the Managers requirement
Data Management : 25%
Follow identified process and use tools provided toconsult with PDS Specialist and managers on solutions.
Continuous Improvement : Continue to build on and improveon data accuracy in HR tool.
Ensure the PDS has all the fields updated with correctinformation for position creation.
Ensure the data updated in position is accurate and guideor educate the managers on incorrect position update.
Identify process improvements and work through appropriatechannels for approval.
Compliance : 20%
Governance : Ensure appropriate governance is followed forwhen a position is created or updated.
Ensure managers understand subsequent steps in theprocess (Internal Transfer / Promotion / New Position / Replacement) prior toposting.
Legal Compliance : Ensure the position attributes are updatedproperly (may vary by country) and does not pose compliance risk.
Research, Analysis & Tools : 20%
Subject matter expert in position attributes.
Educate managers and employees on the tool.
Develop working knowledge of HR systems includingEmployee Central and Taleo to improve partnerships.
Participate in projects or initiatives to support relatedprocesses.
