Role and Responsibility

Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission-critical systems

Delivering high availability and performance

Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle

Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code

Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging

Managing Java and Java EE application development

Ensuring designs comply with specifications

Preparing and producing releases of software components

Transforming requirements into stipulations

Support continuous improvement - Investigating alternatives and technologies, Presenting for architectural review

To take part in software and architectural development activities

Identifying production and non-production application issues

Develop, test, implement and maintain application software

Primary Skills

Programming experience of 4 years

Hands on experience on development of at least 4 projects end to end (from requirement gathering till go-live and support)

Hands on experience in implementation of COTS products (3 projects end to end)

Java programming with 4 years of experience

Project hands-on experience on HTML / CSS / Java Script / angular JS

4 years of programming experience of Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, spring boot. Eclipse, maven

3 years hands on experience in application server JBoss or tomcat

Java / JavaScript / XML / JSON / RESful Webservices / API / Angular JS / Node JS

Minimum 4 years experience in database programming knowledge including database design, backup, restore in any database (MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)

Hands on API knowledge for integration between two systems

Good testing knowledge for the developed code

Working knowledge on project documentation of FRS, SRS, Design Document, Test cases etc.

Working knowledge on requirement gathering and discussion with customer

Secondary Skills

Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system

Working knowledge on implementation and integration of 3rd party products

Working knowledge on customization on COTS applications

2 years development experience on Phyton or Ruby

Tools understanding and Proficiency :

Tools : Eclipse, Maven and equivalent for development in java platform, Code repository tool like SVN, Database programming tools

Methodology and Framework : Agile and Waterfall

Education & Experience

BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA

Minimum 8 years of industry experience with relevant experience in below mentioned technologies
