Position Objectives :
This person will perform configuration and administration of Salesforce.com. Conduct ongoing business analysis, design and coordinate change management activities as well as provide end user support.
Responsible for coordinating enhancements, upgrades, data conversions for multiple business groups with varying needs in a way that serves the overall enterprise.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
She / he will cultivate an understanding of the various nThrive systems, applications and business processes, and will keep-up to date with the latest Salesforce developments
Must have previously worked with a CRM solution in a challenging environment and shown success.
Experience with the administration of Salesforce.com and Demand Tools required
Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes
Capable of collecting and defining business requirements and architecting a technical solution design for implementation that covers all aspects of the requirements.
Configuration administrations skills, development (APEX / Visual Force) a plus.
Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality
Must be a go-getter and salesforce.com enthusiast who thrives on working in fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus
Strong configuration development skills.
Experience in all phases of project cycle with interfacing both with technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users
Learn business requirements, recognize system or SOP deficiencies, then research, propose, design and implement new solutions to address them
Develops and deploys Salesforce.com reports and dashboards.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and transitioning of new and existing applications to IT Operations takes places smoothly.
Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Internal Responsibilities :
Adheres to all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to those identified within the Standards of Business Conduct and the Employee Handbook, as may be amended from time to time.
Adheres to all applicable laws and regulations and the company's governance / compliance program.
Responsible for reporting violations of the company's policies and procedures, Standards of Business Conduct, governance program, laws and regulations through the company's Help Line or other mechanism that may be available at the time of the violation.
Assists with internal control failure remediation efforts.
Minimum Qualifications & Competencies :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information systems or equivalent combined education and experience.
Requires Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (ADM201)
1+ year Salesforce.com experience in IT
1+ year RemedyForce experience
1+ years of CRM experience
Strong working knowledge of business processes, practices, and related systems across several functional areas.
Good grasp of latest Information Technology products and solutions for a major business function.
Strong working knowledge of application architectures.
Strong working knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies.
Familiarity with systems across multiple platforms.
