What you’ll be doing There are systems administrator roles open for Oracle (financial and HRMS), Cornerstone (performance management) and ServiceNow (ticketing) systems.

The ideal candidate for each of these roles will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to perform autonomously in a fast paced environment in support of regular review processes.

This role will work heavily with Management, Operations and other development teams to accomplish the goals.

  • Maintain and support system operational functions
  • Work with a diverse customer base of internal clients to develop processes and solutions that increase and enhance productivity
  • Perform technical validation and testing to ensure requirements are satisfied with sample data
  • Recommend improvements or changes to technical and functional designs where appropriate
  • Perform regular data audits and resolve identified issues
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures; coordinate and communicate with impacted user groups
  • Escalate to vendor for defect and incident resolution as required
  • What you’ll need to be successful

  • An experienced professional who possesses a comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource best practices and procedures, along with project management experience
  • 1-3 years of experience as an administrator
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • The ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
  • The ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business and technical environment.
  • System / Process Automation (Orchestration) experience
