Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse the user behavior on Dell.com and generate to identify opportunities for optimization for Dell.com and generate hypothesis that can be tested
  • Leverage analytics approaches such as segmentation, path analysis and funnel analysis to simplify the navigation and buying experience on the website
  • Create a coherent story explaining the user behavior seen in A / B tests and offer actionable insights and recommendations
  • Review and analyze the qualitative data (heatmaps, session replays) to identify areas to enhance the online user experience
  • Support the creation of the optimization roadmap through timely analytics projects
  • Perform competitive benchmarking to support analyses and hypotheses
  • Effectively communicate the findings of analysis and all the relevant updates to all stakeholders
  • Essential Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to analyze online user behavior to generate actionable insights for web optimisation or conversion rate optimisation
  • High level of competency in MS Excel
  • Expertise with Adobe Analytics , Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools (variables, events, segments, dimensions, custom queries, etc.
  • testing and personalization platforms (e.g. Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.)

  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Solid communication and presentation skills
  • Education : MBA / Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science / IT, Applied Science, Math, Statistics with 2+ years of relevant experience) or Bachelor’s degree or higher (in Engineering, Computer Science / IT, Applied Science, Math, Statistics) with 4+ years of relevant experience)
  • Experience in Hadoop, SQL, R or Python will be preferred (not mandatory)
  • Please note that this is a digital analytics role and not a digital marketing role.

    Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of relevant tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
