Job Description :
Establishing, maintaining and expanding the organization’s customer base by developing network of retailers / dealers in assigned geography
Responsibilities involve building retailer network through FOS (Feet on Street) model covering assigned geographies
A large part of this role will be focused on unlocking new business opportunities, to accelerate growth.
Experience with bringing new innovations to launch, from concept to market readiness.
Has to look after a number of distributors in the assigned area, conduct market visits, conduct opening meeting with such distributors, generate and fulfill demand
Willingness to achieve assigned sales and collection targets.Job Requirements :
Candidate should have minimum 2 Years of experience Fashion & Apparel domain, B2B sales, Channel sales experience is must
Preference shall be given to the candidates who have built retail distribution network for regional & new brands
Must be up to date and report information of market trends, new developing markets, competitor activity, price trends etc.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames.
Must be an intelligent, self-motivated and result oriented individual with a persuasive and positive outlook.
