Your Career

Palo Alto Networks is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the Cloud Security organization. The Project Manager will be responsible to coordinate activities across scrum teams and manage the Cloud Jira configuration.

Your Impact

Extend project management support for initiatives within the cloud security team

Support Jira configuration, customization, permissions, management, and general change requests for all Atlassian products (Jira Cloud, Confluence along with the Addons and integrations),

Build and deploy Jira system integration solutions with other third party products

Partner with Product and Engineering stakeholders to define metrics, visualize and automate as needed

Provide clear, concise, transparent, and insightful reporting to a diverse set of stakeholders

Design reports and templates to enable teams with better self-service for documentation and operational metrics

Qualifications :

5+ years relevant experience Project Management and Jira Administration in the related industry

Experience with agile / iterative development and project management methodologies

Experience with Jira workflows using advanced features such as Post functions, Conditions and Validator, Scriptrunner, Groups and Role management based on projects, Listeners, Scripted Fields

Automation experience along with problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication, organization, and influence skills

Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities

Experience working on BI / metrics reporting tools will be an added advantage

Education :

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or equivalent work experience

As more and more enterprises use public cloud, there is an insatiable demand for securing workloads in the public cloud.
