Job Purpose :
â€¢ Responsible for providing chat support for customers on pre- orders and post order service.
â€¢ Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems.
â€¢ Work requires strong analytical ability to resolve complex issues in addition to effective written skills.
Eligibility Criteria :
â€¢ Good spoken English & Hindi mandatory
â€¢ Basic knowledge in Hotel industry, Online hotel reservation websites
â€¢ Good typing skills (Quality & Speed)
â€¢ Ability to handle telephonic conversations
â€¢ Good Listening & Comprehension skills
â€¢ Should be flexible to work in 24 / 7 shift
Work experience : 0 to 1 years in BPO
Educational qualification : 12th Pass, Any Graduates
Age : 18 years onwards
CTC : 13,200K â€ 15,200K+ Allowences+Incentives
