Job Description (Technical Recruiter)

Responsibilities :

  • Research for candidates through internal database, online job / resume boards and referrals
  • Call candidates and Qualify / screen / interview them for client positions
  • Coordinate client interviews
  • Revise candidate resumes to highlight their experience
  • Build relationships with candidates
  • Experience Requirements :

  • 3 to 5 years of IT / Technical Recruiting Experience
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
  • Hands on experience with W2, C2C Full time is must.
  • Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD's, H1B TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 Corp to Corp)
  • Experience In Negotiating Compensation to Close a Candidate.
  • Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Job Diva, Career Builder...
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High Volume recruiting experience with high weekly quality submittals.
  • Good understanding of various IT / Technology skills
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to talk effectively and write business communication in a clear concise manner.
