Objective : To contribute to business growth by recruiting efficient candidates who can deliver the excellent skills and meet the requirements of Intelex Systems clients.
We are currently looking for US recruiter with excellent IT industry knowledge and entire US recruitment experience. In this role you will be responsible for end-
end recruitment process (W2, 1099, C2C), applied speculatively or that you have found on job boards, on the database or through networking.
2+ yrs of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US market - Excellent IT industry knowledge and understanding of technology and different roles with the sector.
Responsible for understanding the company requirements, Sourcing resumes from subscribed sites, existing database and through other resources posting job requirements in all Job sites, hands-
on recruiting efforts and develop talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, direct sourcing, and advanced Internet sourcing.
Must be good with direct vendors and have worked FT / salaried hires - calculate rates as per this. Understanding the job description ensuring quality given by the various US clients.
Must be Intelligent, motivated to close business & highly driven. Work for CST - time zone
Extensive experience with high-volume End-to-End recruitment life cycle responsibilities within start-ups and corporate environments.
Ability to shortlist candidates, putting forwardi mean the most relevant for interview
Sound knowledge of geography and other candidate qualifying factors
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Character to build relationships with candidates and impress with the benefits of working at Intelex systems limited.
Ideally the ability to write adverts to attract top resources.
Qualifications and Experience
Any Graduate with relevant recruitment experience.
Must have minimum of 2 years of professional US IT recruitment experience.
Must have excellent communication skills with end-end recruiting experience (W2, 1099, C2C ) using good job portals (Dice, Monster, Career builder) social networking.
