Main Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition
Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization , talent planning & responsible to achieve the annual recruitment plan.
Participate in forecasting & perform analysis of hiring needs for the year and per month / quarter based on business needs, projected attrition & provide the hiring forecast .
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Review the monthly / weekly reports and find the bottlenecks in the recruitment process & resolve the issues.
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
2. Legal compliance
To act as a gatekeeper for the organization’s interests with respect to Code of Ethics & compliances.
Maintenance of Statutory Records & Registers as per the requirement of Labour Law, local law compliance & various state laws through implementation of proper systems, process & audits.
3. Training & Development
Create and execute learning strategies and programs. Plan, direct, and coordinate programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of an organization’s employees
Assess employees’ needs for training, align training with the organization’s strategic goals & training budget. Develop training programs that make the best use of available resources
Monitor the effectiveness of training programme and measure the impact of the same on the business and performance of the individuals.
4. Performance Management
Manage the performance evaluation and career progressions processes
Manage the overall KRA, KPI and goal setting implementation and evaluation.
Regulate the performance management within business lines and monitor completion in time line given.
Come up with recommendations to drive process improvements in order to achieve high productivity each year.
5. Employee Engagement
Design the yearly activity calendar for various events in and outside the organizations.
Keep the environment alive through various HR activities such as birthday celebration, Annual Party, Festive Celebrations etc.
Gather benchmark data about jobs, compensation and benefits
Map out salary ranges for our open positions
Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates
Analyze employees’ answers to internal surveys (like job satisfaction surveys)
Assist hiring managers in designing hiring and training plans
Forecast costs by department and help create budgets
Ensuring the inputs of the employees in Organization’s HRIS on regular basis
Maintaining various metrics and global reports to monitor HR KPIs such as Attrition, Promotions, Contract Renewals, Exits etc.
Hearing and resolving employee grievances and conducting the counselling sessions.

Skills & Experience :
Qualifications : M.B.A in marketing or equivalent.
Professional Certifications :
Experience : 10-12 Years’ experience in same field
Ability to complete assigned task in given timeline
Good Communication skills
Personal Qualities And Behavioral traits :
Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours
Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members
Ability to do proper co-ordination with customer onsite.
Knowledge on preparing & submitting work permit.
