About This Role In this role, you are responsible for operationalizing data, using objective insights to solve problems, and measuring the impact and success of Balbix’s marketing initiatives.
You will regularly interface with stakeholders from various teams including product marketing, digital marketing, sales, and the executive team to share results that help drive go-to-market decision making and strategy development.
Another key aspect of this role is determining and implementing best practices to ensure operational excellence within the organization - whether it be through optimizing our marketing systems or facilitating information handoffs between teams.
Aggregate data across multiple sources and deliver insights to measure marketing program effectiveness, improve overall program performance, and contribute to forecasting growth.
Design and optimize a reporting framework for collecting, managing, and cleaning relevant data for marketing.
Build and maintain real-time dashboards and generate insights around marketing campaign performance (ex. analyze attribution, channel effectiveness, lead conversion rates).
Partner with sales operations to ensure data integrity and consistency across sources.
Facilitate data handoffs from marketing to sales team.
Assist Director of Demand Generation and CMO with weekly / quarterly / monthly business reporting, strategic planning, forecasting, target setting, and OKR management;
as well as with ad hoc projects

An effective communicator
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations Management, or similar.
2+ years of responsibility in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy within a B2B SaaS company.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, data visualization, and website tracking tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics are preferred, admin experience a plus).
