REQUIREMENTS :

  • Position based at Milliman India Pvt Ltd. Sector 62-Gurgaon, Haryana.
  • At least 8 - 12 years of HR experience, having expertise of HR-general as well as recruitment experience, including with a technology / analytics / actuarial company.
  • Must be able to work at all levels of the HR stack Strategic, operational, and tactical.
  • Must have a background successfully supporting Managers / Executives working in HR team, and leading a small team.
  • Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially workforce and talent acquisition talent management, organizational development, HR Systems implementation, and consulting / coaching
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrates credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows.
  • Global experience or exposure is helpful given the global nature of the customers and employees.
  • PREFERRED :

  • MBA with specialization in Human resources / Organization Development.
  • Experience working in a global matrix environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication and negotiating skills
  • Pro- active and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Able to work deadlines and adapt to changing conditions as well as the ability to adapt.
