Implement continuous compliance framework for legal, statutory and regulatory requirements for collecting, protecting and utilizing PII, SPI and other critical data.
Ensure minimum data collection and retention.. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within Tata CLiQ and partner with key stakeholders.
You are great at : ·Designing and implementing framework for data privacy and security compliance requirements aligned to existing and new regulations such as GDRP, CCPA, PDP·Developing and maintaining relevant internal data privacy policies and trainings·Subject matter expert for developing and implementing technology tools / controls for data protection and associated processes to comply with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, PDP·Engaging with technology and business stakeholders to ensure data privacy issues are considered at every stage of projects, services and third party engagements·Performing internal and external assessment to identify data privacy risks and recommend remediation plan ·Supporting enquiries and issues relating to data privacy practices, withdrawal of consent, the right to be forgotten, and related subject rights·Performing data security and privacy compliance audits and tracking to closure all reported observations·Tracking and reporting of SLAs for non-compliances through security operations management process·Managing external security services engagements and engagement teams·Driving automated solutions that enable better efficiency and process improvement·Growing and managing the skills and talent in the team·Managing communication cross-functionally and escalating promptly as issues arise·Reporting and governance of information security, data security and cyber security metrics Required Candidate profile What it takes : ·Bachelor's degree with 10 - 12 years related experience·Relevant certifications such as CIPP, CDPSE·Experience in data privacy, data handling and data classification tools and techniques·Experience in assessing and governing compliance requirements for various regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, PDP·Experience in conducting data privacy compliance reviews and audits, develop awareness and trainings ·Familiar with risk management and controls frameworks and cyber kill chain·Understanding crisis management, business continuity and disaster recovery procedures·Must be confident, highly motivated and passionate about delivery and customer satisfaction·Must have strong organization, communication and planning skills
