Title Manager, Strategic Accounts - Hyperscale Develop, grow, and maintain sales and management customer relationships at corporate and executive levels within the top Hyperscale accounts in the Asia Pacific region.

Engages appropriate internal resources as necessary, to support sales pursuits and customers service level expectations.

Maintains account presence by providing value-added services and maintaining professional relationships with key customer personnel.

Primary Job Focus Manages the on-going account relationships with, up to and including executive management. Assesses key decision-makers' needs and develops a plan of action to meet customer needs with CommScope products and services.

Coordinates the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives; including achievement of product sales / solution sales goals and customers service level expectations.

Demonstrates significant expertise in all copper and fiber products and solutions for campus networks and Data Centers. Job Accountabilities Understands customers business, technology and product requirements and appropriately matches solutions to meet customer needs Drives revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning and other related sales tasks to grow financial objectives.

Provides information and reports, as required, to inform management of sales progress and success. Develops the strategic account plans for named accounts.

Responsible for customer satisfaction and service level expectations while achieving financial objectives within the assigned accounts.

Role in sales process Supports regions in penetrating CommScopes products and solutions into the regional markets for their named accounts.

Participates in territory analysis and planning to enable appropriate allocation of time to accounts and customers. Assesses market opportunities and develops business plans to meet revenue objectives.

Works with cross-functional teams to ensure that the technical product requirements, project timelines and service level expectations are met.

Requirement Communication Skills Supports and participates in team sales initiatives where applicable by gathering and communicating pertinent information for assigned accounts.

Relationship Building Skills Sales / Selling Skills Account Planning / Forecasting Skills Product / Service / Solution Knowledge Experience with optical fiber technologies and Hyperscale Data Center products Customer / Account / Market / Industry Knowledge General knowledge of Hyperscale Datacenter topologies and architectures Job Segment Manager, Data Center, Strategy, Management, Technology
