In this this leadership role, the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for supporting a team of Recruiters to provide full-
cycle recruiting across multiple business units. You will, provide strategic and tactical leadership to the staffing function.
The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager will also identify opportunities for process improvement and support special projects in support of HR Centers of Expertise.
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge : Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people. Effective interpersonal skills.
Proficient in utilizing business tools such as : E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.
Typical Education and Experience : Bachelors Degree or equivalent. 8 years of related experience. 3 years management experience or supervisory equivalent.
