We are looking for an experienced resource with 4-5 years of experience in Front end development of Web portals to join our Digital Optimization team.

He / she should have exposure in driving e-commerce and lead generation optimization programs and enjoy solving problems for Digital Analytics, Optimization, Personalization and Advanced Analytics streams.

The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions.

He / she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology.

It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects.

Additionally, he / she must be self-directed, proactive and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available.

Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

The individual would be expected to work on the analysis of A / B, Multivariate and Personalization testing running on Digital properties using Adobe analytics, Decibel and (Equivalent) tool.

He / she would also be responsible to connect with the client by taking business requirements and walking through analysis outcomes and come up with ideas for process improvement.

He / she should have hands-on experience in building optimization plans, analysing large data sets and driving business optimization.

Optimization Process Manager Responsibilities

Write code for A / B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based targeting and behavioural targeting.

Generate test cases based on business / customer goals, analytics and best practices.

Analyse large and detailed data sets in order to make recommendations around follow-up tests.

Build detailed wireframes and manage their creative production in order to accomplish testing goals while adhering to a customer’s style guides.

Manage Analyst and Development teams to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensure proper content display, and properly manipulate JavaScript, HTML and CSS

Minimum Qualifications

Any graduate

Experience : 4-5 years of experience in Front end development of Web portals

Mandatory Skills :

Technical expertise in JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, HTML5 and CSS

Experience in A / B testing tools like Adobe target, Optimizely or Monetate

Web Development experience

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player and manage change effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the globe

Strong creativity, innovative skills to help develop offerings to meet market needs

Very high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
