Job Description Member Of 24 7 Cloud Support Team Provide A Customer-First Experience While Utilizing Phones And Email To Manage Tickets.

Work Cohesively With The Team As Well As All Divisions Of The Company. Customer-First Approach. Maintain Multiple Customer Environments.

Working On Escalated / Production Issues And Providing Solution Adhering To The SLA Update And Manage Ticket Backlog Based On Internal Policies.

Crisis Management Identify Any High Priority Issues And Escalate To The Next Level. Deliver Solutions That Lead To Problem Resolution Or Mitigation With A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction.

Be Able To Listen To, Accept, And Follow Direction From Senior Engineers. Familiar With ITIL Processes Should Be Flexible To Work In Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts) Mandatory Job Requirements Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In IT Support Proficiency In English And Excellent Communication Skills (Oral And Written) Customer Interaction Experience Ability To Diagnose And Resolve Basic Technical Issues Familiarity With Incident / Ticketing Systems For Tracking Service Desk Tickets Key Skills - Client Satisfaction, Service Delivery Quality, Rapid Response Experience In Windows And Linux Server Administration Troubleshooting Of All Types Of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, & Printers), Software Applications (Installation, Configuration And Troubleshooting Of OS, MS Office) Basic Troubleshooting Of Networking (LAN, WAN, Basic Installation And Configuration Of Routing & Switching) Experience In Office 365 And Google GSuite Admin Is Required.

Familiar With ITIL Processes Should Be Flexible To Work In Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts) Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate Experience 4 7 Years Mandatory Job Requirements Excellent Communication, Presentation, Writing, And Editorial Abilities.

Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills.
