Key Roles / Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain relationships with developers, business associates to source new business, repeat business opportunities and offer the appropriate lending solutions
To develop deeper understanding and expertise of the allocated markets
Evaluation, underwriting of investment opportunities and to maintain the TAT
Review and evaluation of backup data, industry comparable, market intelligence including macro / micro analysis of the relevant micro market
Finalise and close the Term Sheets with developers
Preparing and review of financial model, Investment Committee presentations & notes, deviation notes etc.
Closely liaise and work with external stakeholders, internal stakeholders for timely closing of Technical and Legal Diligence, Pre-
Post disbursement audit, Escrow accounts etc.
Review of regular MIS, comparison of actual vs budgeted performance, understand the reasons for such variance and to ensure the quality of portfolio.
Essential Qualifications : Chartered Accountant / MBA from reputed Institute having 8-12 years of experience in a Bank / NBFC / Structured Debt in Real Estate investments
