Minimum Experience :

Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle CC&B

Skill - CC&B Technical / Techno Functional

Technical Skills :

  • Must have at least two CC&B implementation experience with end-to-end implementation experience.
  • Able to conduct CC&B technical workshops with customers, sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections etc.
  • Must have good knowledge of CC&B Java framework. Can write Java algorithms and java batches including java change handlers
  • Proficiency in Oracle CC&B and SPL framework
  • Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals Experience in one of the functional Modules i.
  • e. Billing, Payments, Credit and Collections, Metering, Case Management, Field Services, Workflow, etc.

  • Should have hands on experience on SPL framework and has done java batches and java plug-Ins
  • Very good Written and Oral Communications Skills
  • Functional Skills

    Extensive Knowledge of the Functional Areas of CC&B and how they work

    o V model (Person, Account, SA, Premise and SP)

    o Different SA Types, Service Types, Customer Class, CIS Divisions, etc. and how they are linked to each other

    o BILLING (BILLING lifecycle, Manual and Batch BILLING, Interval BILLING, Balance Forward vs Open Item, Washout, BILLING SMS, Financial Batches, etc.)

    o Adjustments (How and when to use Adjustments, Transfer Adjustments, Refund Adjustments, Connection Fees, Disconnection Fees, BILLIING Adjustments, etc.)

    o Payments (Batches for PAYMENT, Match Events, Tender Sources, Tender Types, Transfer Payment, Payment Distribution, Payment Priority, etc.)

    o Credit and Collections (Overdue Process, Severance Process, Cut Process, Payment Arrangements, Payment Plans, etc.)

    o Case Management (Knowledge on how the Case Lifecycle works and the relationship between different Case Statuses.)

    o Rates (Understand and be able to configure Rates, Bill Factors, etc.)

    o Meter Information and Meter Reads (Batches for Meter Information Upload and Meter Read Upload, Badge Numbers, Meter Types, Meter Configuration, etc.)

    o Field Activities (FA Types, FA Steps, FA Upload Staging, FA Completion, etc. )

    o To Dos (To Do Roles, Sort Keys, Drill Keys, etc.)

    o User Access (User, User Group, User Roles, Application Service, etc.)

    o Zones, Portals and UI Maps (Zone Types, Portal Preferences, Navigation Options, Navigation Keys, UI Map Types, etc.)

    o Inbound and Outbound Web Services (How it works to support external systems, etc.)

    o SMS Configuration

    o All Batches in General (Know BASE Batches and be able to read how CUSTOM Batches behave and work as well as how Batch Scheduling works)

    o All Algorithms in General (Know BASE Algorithms and be able to read how CUSTOM Algorithms behave and work)

    o Familiar with all CC&B ADMIN Configurations.
