Job Title : Business Development Executive
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Foster a collaborative environment within the organization
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through Phone calling, networking and social media.
Provide buyers with details of properties that fit their requirements in terms of price, , location and arrange visits to view the properties.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and responsible for achieving sales target.
Qualification : Any Graduate.
Languages Known : English & Kannada.
