Job Title : Business Development Executive

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through Phone calling, networking and social media.
  • Provide buyers with details of properties that fit their requirements in terms of price, , location and arrange visits to view the properties.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and responsible for achieving sales target.
  • Requirement :

    Qualification : Any Graduate.

    Languages Known : English & Kannada.
