We are for looking for an experienced Business consultant to strengthen our Go to Market and Product Management functions.
The role presents an opportunity to gain exposure to working with global travel companies and a range of innovative solutions.
The business consultant must have deep knowledge of a wide variety of business concepts, practices, and procedures as they relate to IT and general operations;
they rely on their expertise, experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and to perform a variety of tasks. The Business Consultant conducts needs analysis, writes user stories, collaborates with others for system design;
and supports teams / squads to increase productivity and reduce costs. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
A candidate with prior experience in working for a travel-tech company (start-up / established) would be given preference.
Role & Responsibilities
Define and analyse user requirements and translates them into system requirements / user stories
Works collaboratively with Team / Squad members to identify candidates from process improvement / transformation in existing delivery and operational processes
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Works with various teams on the roll out of what has been developed, and analysis on client impacts.
Drive monthly reviews to demonstrate the roadmap progress including the Stakeholders at SLT level in IBS and Customer
Develop good working relationships and communication with all business teams.
Reviews and provides feedback to business and technical documentation
Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
Follow our competitors and the industry
Should be Open to need base travel to customer location and other places relevant for business growth and support.

3-8 Years of experience in working as a business analyst or product management role or solution architect who has played the requirement and product management aspects in customer facing role having strong aspiration and passion in product management
Ability to build and lead product features and handle conflicting product priorities
Extensive experience with all aspects of Requirements Management : business process modelling / engineering, use case modelling, use case specifications, functional and non-functional requirements
Extensive understanding Airline / Travel domain B2C or B2B. The knowledge of customer organization
Good analytical, logical reasoning and Problem solving skills.
Experience working in agile dev methodology (continuous-delivery model) with an MVP mind-set.
Excellent communication (written and Verbal)
Knowledge of automation systems (including excel sheets and pivots)
