Profile Summary e

As a Recruiter at Ubisoft India, you will be part of the India Talent Acquisition Team and support Studio growth by identifying and hiring great talent.

You will play a key role in building a healthy pipeline of top-notch candidates across our growing & thriving projects / business functions.

The role will support recruitment across all functions and departments. The role will also work on transversal HR Projects.


  • Support and manager complete recruitment life-cycle including evaluating and validating job description, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, candidate engagement and successfully onboarding candidates.
  • Support, advise and coordinate with hiring managers in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Make use of effective recruitment and sourcing strategies such as focused headhunting, internet sourcing, networking, internal database and reference generation.
  • Proactively build and maintain an active pipeline of talent.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Make sure to close the gap between client and selected candidates for a smoother process during salary negotiation. Maintain a healthy offer to joining conversion ratio.
  • Post joining making sure the candidate has settled well in the company.
  • Support on providing market intelligence & insights research with respect to local and global competitors, industry trends, best practices, compensation benchmarking etc.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ensure the internal database and candidate trackers are updated.
  • To work along with the Campus Manager and other TA Spocs on building partnerships with top engineering & Game Art & Design schools and support on Campus hiring initiatives.
  • Smoothly execute all tasks related to talent acquisition.
  • Work closely with the HR Analytics members on presenting data to the HOD on a fortnightly basis.
  • Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrated full cycle recruiting success across various corporate functions
  • Sourcing success including direct sourcing and leveraging programs for candidate generation
  • Passion for and experience with diversity hiring activities
  • Passionate about games and technology;
  • Should be able to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills and proven experience in building relationships with candidates and hiring managers;
  • Attention to detail and process oriented;
  • Results driven and strong team player;
  • Organized with a strong capacity to prioritise;
  • Strong Microsoft proficiency including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Interest in Data and Analytics
  • Ability to interpret data and present the analysis
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and successfully build relationships with peers, hiring teams and HR partners
  • Relevant Experience

  • 3-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in gaming or creative / entertainment industry, or other related experience;
  • Skilled in direct sourcing techniques and other innovative ways of sourcing talent in the video game market;
  • A proven track record in recruiting in fast-paced and creative environment.
  • Graduate / Post graduate in Human Resource Management.
