We require a Senior Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team in Vadodara, India.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Be competent in building and supporting Dynamics 365 and CRM Portal solutions.
  • Succinctly articulate technical subjects
  • Strive for continuous improvement and efficiencies.
  • Conduct hands-on configuration, customization and extensions of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Follow best practices to extend the CRM functionality when required.
  • Determination of the optimal approach, architectures and technical solutions to best meet client requirements.
  • Identification and mitigation of technical risks
  • Mentoring and coaching of other members of the team whilst also accepting feedback and direction.
  • Adherence to technical standards, guidelines and principles
  • Provide input and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics CRM Capabilities, functions and features.
  • Work closely with the team to design solutions to clients business requirements, and solving problems as the need arises

  • Dynamics Portals including CSS
  • Languages C#.NET, JavaScript
  • Azure (Service Bus, Logic Apps and Functions)
  • Databases and Reporting SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS
  • Data Migration Knowledge and Experience
  • Source control Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps
  • Integration and Frameworks
  • Experience of Agile principles and processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to contribute to, support and work with remote teams.
  • Able to deal confidently and effectively with other staff, including those more senior.
  • Able to multi-task and service multiple interrupts in an organised, methodical way.
  • Client facing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
