As Head of CNP Vendor Operations, you will manage various engagements related to global vendor operations supporting Platform and Ecosystem products.

You will recommend solutions that will help improve vendor performance, quality, global efficiency, and flexibility, and provide business insights to stakeholders.

Within this role, there will be a focus on partnership with vendors, internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Your business recommendations will lead to operation and vendor related decisions, and you drive for implementation and execution of a vast array of strategic outsourcing programs.

You'll be an independent, solution-oriented, and result-oriented individual who knows how to drive results, collaborate across functions, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Define, launch, and drive a program to sustainably scale continuous improvement processes of our operations through our vendor partners.
  • Drive large transformational initiatives along with our business partners to ensure we provide optimal experiences for the users though a streamlined operational landscape and self-optimizing verdor services.
  • Set up of new operations as needed.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in management consulting, organizational design, corporate strategy, or project management. Experience in vendor management processes, managing global vendors and executing outsourcing projects.
  • Experience in outsourcing / scale environments. Experience implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with the output of contact field operations.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • MBA.
  • Experience in applying project management tools.
  • Track record of successfully achieving key goals and tracking metrics.
  • Ability to work well in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to fluently interpret large data, present it in a meaningful and simple manner, and drive data based decision making.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, analytical , and communication skills. Excellent executive present.
