The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups.

While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to perform Radio Network Design for our CSP customers in response to the RFP / RFQs at Pre-sales stage.

Key tasks

  • Pre-Sales RF Planning Support for GSM / WCDMA / LTE / 5G
  • Provide support to Regional Consultants by understanding Customer Radio Network Design requirements and guidelines mentioned in the RFx.
  • Propose Indoor and Outdoor Radio Network Solutions as per the Customer requirements.
  • Lead Complete Radio Network Design activities involving - Aligning SoW and Design Inputs with the customer, Coverage Planning, Capacity Planning
  • Lead RFx discussions and other attributes of the tendering process and ensure meeting timelines and quality standards for NPO BL Deliverables.
  • Individual Contributor and ability to guide colleagues to provide bid deliverables related to Radio Network Design.
  • Knowledge sharing and ensuring up-to-date document repository.
  • Participates in internal and external customer presentations, discussions on solution proposition and proposal and, once the bid is won, facilitate handover to delivery teams.
  • Contributes to risk management development by sharing risk management experience, best practices.
  • Reflects actions, opinions and feedback from customers and documenting lessons learned in all sales phases according to bid guidelines.
  • Your skills and experience

    Job Grade / Level : 8

  • B. E / B Tech / Masters in Electronics / Communication / Electrical / Telecom with 8-12 years of experience in Presales / Delivery activities for Telco projects
  • Radio Network Planning for Outdoor 2G, 3G, LTE and 5G Networks using Macro Site solutions.
  • Radio Network Planning for IBS 2G, 3G, LTE and 5G RF solutions : - Hotels, Stadium, Metro Rail, Tunnels, Airports etc.
  • Good knowledge of system topology and air interface parameters with respect to different technologies like 2G, 3G, LTE, 5G etc.
  • Proficient Knowledge on Outdoor Coverage planning tools like NetAct, Atoll, PLANET & ASSET etc.
  • Good knowledge of Nokia equipment’s and multivendor knowledge would be added advantageous.
  • Working Knowledge MS Excel, MS Access and Python as required.
  • Experience in working in or with virtual teams is preferred (local, international)
  • Experience in Project Management / field experience would be an added advantage
