Supporting the Hiring Manager or Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for :
Screening applications according to job requirements
Posting job applications on social media and job sites
Tracking open positions using ATS software
Coordinating and facilitating interviews as per the hiring probability of the candidate
Creating the candidate pipeline for future hiring
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process and executing internal HR administrative duties
Managing Employee Engagement Activities
You have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or similar fields.
You have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resource domain
Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems is required
You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Drive features (Google Forms, Spreadsheets)
You have excellent interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills.
You are able to conduct interviews over the phone
You are a critical thinker with excellent decision-making skills
You must have a laptop or desktop to work and a stable internet facility
