We have an urgent requirement for Customer Care Executive
Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for servicing customers over the phone on various products and services offered by Bank.
Maintaining good service levels and cross-sell bank products via call
Handling 80-100 calls on a daily basis
Adhering to timelines and maintaining discipline on the floor
Skills Required : Basic Computer knowledge
Basic Computer knowledge
The ability to work in a team environment
Excellent Communication Skills ( English & Hindi is Mandatory )
Qualification : Any Fresh Graduate.
Location : Gachibowli, Abids & Uppal.
Working Days : 5 days.
Venue : Obtenir Solutions Pvt Ltd. #504, 5th Floor, Chaitanya Chambers, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad.
Landmark : Besides HP petrol bunk or near Chaitanyapuri Metro station.
