Duties & responsibilities :
What this job involves
Proactively engage in business development activities for Markets (commercial office space)
These activities need to be undertaken through focussed BD, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with developers & Corporates
Provide Advisory services to effectively conclude commercial (office) transactions predominantly focussing on Pune market.
This includes sourcing, executing & closing deals.
Advisory Assignments The Markets team also provides fee generating advisory services including lease versus buy analysis, off balance sheet (REIT) strategies, regional asset allocation and market entry strategy advice.
Assess client requirements & Execute Transaction Option Sourcing, Client Presentations, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations & Legal, Closure.
Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as cash flows, and presentations. Strong financial skills. Demonstrate client and program management skills for sale / lease transactions, including coordination with offshore teams and clients.
Ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of deals.
Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
