Promotional Activity at End user :

4 activities per month

1.Drive Sales and Marketing activities through the sales team and dealer channel network to achieve budget levels of sales and contribution in Northern India

2.Implement Dealer network expansion and entry into new markets.

3.Provide through leadership, conceptualization and implementation of field sales strategy.

4.Implement marketing strategies by analyzing trends, market mapping, competitor analysis, to enable effective decision making and forecasting sales numbers.

5.Train subordinates in means and methods of communication and effective management of customers.

6.Conduct effective product promotional activities regularly.

7.Identify latest market practices in retail sales and include and improve efficiency and responsiveness to market requirements.

8.Follow-up and ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.

9.Ensure high levels of controls and compliance are adhered to while meeting sales targets.

10.Respond timely and appropriately to customer concerns or complaints, anticipate occurrence at other customer locations and take appropriate action to mitigate recurrences.

11.Ensure all commercial and ethical regulations are followed in all related activities.

12.Promptly and regularly update the Senior Management on latest market information / market trends / competitors activities.

Professional Qualifications


Any Graduate with MBA in marketing preferred but not compulsory.

Experience : Minimum 15 years experience in Channel / replacement market sales preferably in the tyre / auto spares industry with

Minimum 5 years in a Supervisory position and leading field sales personnel.
