Job Description Handling foot falls at the dealerships and dealership related activities.
Lead generation through promotional activities / Walk in customer / Cold calls etc.
To work closely with dealer Sales team and Finance coordinator for generation adequate leads for
qualifying expected conversion subject to our norms in tune with desired Market share.
Should not move out of Dealership unless for Joint cold calls with Sales team during Promo events.
To facilitate collection of KYC and minimum back papers and pass it on to our FE for further process.
To facilitate appointment of customer for FI / Doc to FE at the convenient timing of customers.
Timely collection of PDD (Post-delivery documents Invoice / Ins / RC / D.key etc)
Exploring favourable cross selling opportunities with the customers
To upgrade the market knowledge on the financial products
