This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base. RESPONSIBILITIES : Job Purpose

  • To ensure that all transactions related to Lending Origination are processed within the agreed timeliness and accuracy as specified in the SLA.
  • Processing and decision making as per the Departmental Operating Instructions manual and group standards as applicable
  • Ensure high standards of processing loan applications with no errors.
  • To report / escalate any issues or exceptions to the Manager in a timely manner.
  • High level of attention to detail to understand the different types of lending applications and process them appropriately.
  • Compliance with all applicable Rules / Regulations of the Company and Group Policies and adherence to the Organization’s Code of Conduct
  • Comply with Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy and procedures to the extent applicable and Reporting all suspicious transactions to the Line Manager
  • Comply with Group / Country KYC Guidelines and adhere to the relevant Controls and Checks
  • Ensure high level of productivity by ensuring consistant processing of applications through the day.
  • Where applicable, proactively handle volume assignment, backup readiness, validation of submissions, handle queries and complaints Measures
  • Adherence to Service Level agreements & ensure to have minimal Pass 1 / 2 errors & NIL customer complaints / breaches
  • Ensure productivity standards are conssitantly met.
  • Where applicable suggest measures to improve the process. QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelors Degree Reports Directly to : Associate Manager / Team Leader
