To ensure that all transactions related to Lending Origination are processed within the agreed timeliness and accuracy as specified in the SLA.
Processing and decision making as per the Departmental Operating Instructions manual and group standards as applicable
Ensure high standards of processing loan applications with no errors.
To report / escalate any issues or exceptions to the Manager in a timely manner.
High level of attention to detail to understand the different types of lending applications and process them appropriately.
Compliance with all applicable Rules / Regulations of the Company and Group Policies and adherence to the Organization’s Code of Conduct
Comply with Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy and procedures to the extent applicable and Reporting all suspicious transactions to the Line Manager
Comply with Group / Country KYC Guidelines and adhere to the relevant Controls and Checks
Ensure high level of productivity by ensuring consistant processing of applications through the day.
Where applicable, proactively handle volume assignment, backup readiness, validation of submissions, handle queries and complaints Measures
Adherence to Service Level agreements & ensure to have minimal Pass 1 / 2 errors & NIL customer complaints / breaches
Ensure productivity standards are conssitantly met.
Where applicable suggest measures to improve the process. QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelors Degree Reports Directly to : Associate Manager / Team Leader
