About the team- CEXAt Disney+Hotstar, the CEX team builds delightful experiences for our customers to view the amazing content across Disney, Marvel, Pixar, Star Wars, Star India, Cricket and many more.

From personal viewing on Mobile Phone to building living room experiences for families, our teams manage every aspect of the customer journey from sign up to showcasing personalised content to consumption.

Our experiences are backed by multiple distributed services scaling to serve 150+ million users.In CEX, we have three verticals focusing on various aspects of the customer journey.

In the foundations vertical, we provide the building blocks of the Hotstar OTT platform managing the customer identity, owning the UX platform to enable faster experimentation and blazing performance.

Our discovery team focuses on building personalized navigation and streamlined search to enable our users to navigate our massive library and find new content.

Our Consumption team builds viewing experiences ranging from watching movies to enjoying live sport events like Cricket, F1 and Football.

What is the scope & responsibility of the Role?

As a member of the Discover team you will

  • Lead global product strategy, roadmap, and define measurements of success for Home and personalisation across mobile, web, and connected devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business & technology stakeholders to develop a best-in-class experience for our users.
  • Envision feature sets for helping users discover and decide the content they want to watch and personalize their experience throughout their journey on D+h including recommendations, merchandising, languages etc.
  • Translate complex problems into compelling features and functionality that drive consumption, competitive advantage and business results.
  • Prioritize feature delivery through roadmaps : balancing commercial feasibility, customer impact and technical complexity
  • Lead a team of rockstar PMs / SPMs to achieve your goals.

  • What is the ideal growth path for this Role? The candidate will grow as a strong product leader within the Product team where the scope will be to manage the user experiences across the globe for D+ / D+h users.

    Ideal Education & Experience Minimum 6+ years of experience with at least 4 years of experience in product management.
