Provide Pre Sales support to Servion Sales, for the Cisco line of Business specific to Contact Center Technologies.
a) Collecting requirements, understanding the overall business and expectations of the customer
b) Participate and Managing Customer meetings effectively
c) Ability to translate customer business requirements to technical solutions
d) Architecting & designing complete solution
e) Work with multiple teams within Servion from UK and India
f) Ability to understand the Servion suite of products, so it can positioned as part of the solution appropriately
g) Creating BOM's / SOW's / RFP Responses / Compliance sheets / Effort estimation
h) Enabling sales for effective selling
i) Present solution to customers to convince them on the Servion offering
Contact Center Technology knowledge
Knowledge on any Cisco Contact Center Product portfolio - UCCE, PCCE, UCCX, HCS, Webex CC WFO (Verint / Calabrio) etc.
Knowledge on Applications on Cisco Platform is an added advantage
Certification on Cisco Voice & Contact Center is Preferred,
