Ada specific : Consumer-centricity has never been more critical to the company. Ada, our new digitized Insights ecosystem, is a key enabler of driving consumer centricity across the function and the business.
This ecosystem has 3 key components :
Advantaged capabilities - tech enabled tools to create better and faster connectivity with consumers
Knowledge Management portal - access to all consumer related knowledge with smart search capability
Cloud-based Community place to connect, share and build content as function
One of these advantaged capabilities includes the development of Test & Learn digitized tools to enable better Innovation and Content development.
The company's Digitization team is responsible for designing and building these new tools in partnership with the supplier Zappi.
In the first 18 months of the partnership, we have developed and deployed 3 tools across the 10 markets (Zappi Early Concept & Optimize for Innovation and Zappi Content TV for advertising).
We are in process of expanding the methodology to new use case, new markets and / or new categories.
As the footprint of this new Test & Learn capability widens and deepens, a need for center-led support for servicing the business has critically emerged.
To meet this challenge, we are investing in a new Customer Transformation team to focus on turning Insights from the Ada ecosystem into a competitive advantage.
This team will be responsible for partnering with Sector Insights team to deliver tailored learnings and extract actionable value from the Ada platform and Zappi data.
Incumbent will lead this team of Analysts to deliver reporting, analytics and day-to-day customer support for the Zappi tools and Ada KM platform
Functional Responsibilities :
10+ years of experience at a CPG company, making an impact in a market research / insights / analytics, marketing, competitive intelligence or other similar function with demonstrated ability to manage projects in a complex environment.
Experience in custom qualitative and quantitative consumer research (50 / 50 balance of qual & quant experience).
Advanced understanding of Brand and Innovation strategy process and Insights’ critical roles at each stage.
Solid Experience in Big Data / Social listening tools is required, AI / ML experience preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent Project Management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and overcome challenges
Key Skills / Experience Required :
An ideal candidate is someone who has core Consumer Insights experience with CPG.
Deep research methodology knowledge, experience driving business impact via Insights projects
Experienced storyteller leveraging insights / consumer data and ability to shape deliverables for sr. (non insights) audience
Experience of working with global, regional and local teams of insights professionals a plus
Strong leadership and influencing profile : Motivate action through fact-based, inspirational material; Has a track record of identifying and championing new processes for improving fact-based decision making.
