Summary of Role : Support our Incident Command Center (ICC) team with focus on Training strategy and processes for providing support to data center teams.
Job Responsibilities :
Ensure consistency in implementing global processes across all the regions, and drive process
improvements based on feedback from the field operations.
Provide business operations support to Data Center Facility Operations teams who manage the various
infrastructure improvement projects and day-to-day operating needs.
Be the primary lead in formulating, supporting, and implementing Project planning, controls, scheduling,
as well as other business and operational processes etc.
Seek feedback from the field and help the team to improve business processes to create efficiency
and facilitate decision-making.
Lead development of the long term and short-term capacity planning as per the forecast based
on corporate plans. Actively facilitate this process across multiple stakeholders in variable time zones.
Work with cross-functional partners to provide financial reporting, project budgeting, and future planning.
Implementation and improvisation of new processes.
Change control management and Effective execution of change management process.
Lead formulation of Process Guides : SOPs / MOPs / Workflows / Audits.
Lead efforts on process optimization.
Enhance Portal processes and effectively improve portal usage within teams and Produce dashboards,
tracking mechanisms, analyze data to allow assessment of operational health and to support
key business decisions.
Having Minimum 12 Years of Relevant experience in similar role and industry. Job Requirements :
