Identifies appropriate sourcing techniques that align to market, industry, skillset and region.
Digests the qualifications and skills needed for open positions; analyzes client requirements against qualifications of candidates and matches the best candidates with client needs.
Qualifies candidate applications and sourced candidates by conducting resume / profile review and electronic pre-screens to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
Ensures all candidate data is documented, updated and reported properly in recruiting tools and ATS.
Leverages company brand equities in sourcing techniques to target the right talent pool for area supported.
Debriefs Recruiter by delivering external candidate profiles, market research and sourcing strategy.
Delivers exceptional service working with external applicants through the interview and hiring process.
Core Competencies & Accomplishments :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field.
Experience working in a global recruiting team with strong sourcing skills required.
Proven ability to manage projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven & interrupt-driven environment with conflicting priorities with high attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through skills.
Exceptional communication skills and EQ; candidate is able to build relationship and rapport quickly and deliver outstanding internal and external customer service.
