Role overview To support the various business functions in Careem on customer and captain incentives topics. The role will require complete involvement in incentives management including areas such as campaign configurations, business case review, budget management and impact assessment.
Responsibilities Support the operations teams on ground across markets to configure incentive campaigns. Conduct business case review and ensure budget compliance on incentive spends.
Develop and maintain reports to track performance and costs of the various incentive related initiatives. Monitor and control incentive spends within approved budgets.
Conduct Impact assessment of initiatives and share learnings with different stakeholders and markets. Work with engineering and product teams to identify and fix any product related issues.
Act as the single point of contact for any incentive related analysis and information gathering. Qualifications / Skills required Bachelor's degree in Engineering with experience in finance Proficiency in Excel, SQL, statistics, programming is a plus (Python, R) Proficiency in building Excel models, spreadsheets, Tableau dashboards Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong aptitude with numbers Strong communication and presentation skills
