Job Responsibilities :

1. Familiarity with Procurement activities (Monthly Scheduling, PO releasing).

2. Daily Morning Department Meeting.

3. Inventory Controlling.

4. IATF Audits & Procurement Documentation.

5. Excellent knowledge of HS code, Duty calculation, Duty payment, freight forwarding, CHA invoice clearance, monitor shipment status.

6. Import Part calculation, MIS, Monthly, Yearly Closing.

7. Price agreement knowledge.

8. Strong follow-up with vendors.

9. Ensuring all procurement processes smoothly run.

10. Ensuring 5S should be maintain in our department.

11. Ensuring all process run as per work instruction.

12. Responsible for ordering activities like Domestic / Import Procurement & transportation planning.

Experience : 4-7 Years (preferably automobile industry)

Skills : Excel, Power Point, Communication.

Qualification : B.E / B.TECH / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
