Job Title Helpdesk Representative IM Job Grade : 8 Job Location- Mumbai Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibilities : Handling a team of 20-

25 associates Daily tracking of productivity through Roster management & effective Task alignment. Ensuring ATM downtime is minimized and thereby cost / penalties, Interlock with various MS teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and performance.

  • Strive to achieve or exceed customer SLA. Should be able to manage the outliers BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : Graduate from any stream Should have good hand on excel Minimum 3 years of work experience in ATM operations PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Leadership skills;
  • ability to be persuasive, gain support and commitment from others, motivate others to action; ability to establish and guide teams to accomplish organizational goals and ability to drive issues to closure Communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively communicate to customers while protecting the Company's position; Ability to gather, organize and present information in a focused and concise manner while adapting communications to the intended audience;
