  • Take action on process transactions and handle the same with proper research.
  • Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly / annual quality & productivity targets.
  • Adhere to process norms and structure.
  • Skills Required

  • Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of overall experience with a minimum of 1.5+ years experience in travel / airline / hotel booking experience is a must
  • Excellent command over verbal and written English language
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Willing to work in a shift based work schedule
  • Knowledge on any of the following tools is an added advantage - Amadeus, Galileo, Apollo,Navitaire, Sabre, Travelsky, Worldspan, KANA or Rumba
