We are currently looking for Real Estate Business development Manager for Delhi Location, it is a office based The initial KRA of the account manager would be to collect data for real estate projects for Tier 1 cities of India

  • He will be responsible for calling developers and do field surveys for the required data
  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Nurture long term relationship with developers and maintain a contact database of developers
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Experience

  • Previous business development / key account management experience
  • Existing relationship with developers is preferred
  • Data collection experience through field surveys and calling is preferred
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Good English communication skills
