What you’ll be doing :
You will be responsible for training market managers on the hotelier configuration product i.e. the extranet
You will be responsible for content / training module creations Videos, Manuals, Brochures etc
Liaison with multiple teams to effectively contribute to the product development
Work on hotelier engagement by end-to-end planning & execution of trainings for the hotels (both domestic & international)
Liaise with managers & HR to determine training needs of the team and take an active part in scheduling HR training sessions for the employees
Take regular feedback from hotels / market managers on feature requirement & work closely with the product team to build
Actively track the new features beings launched in the product & ensure that all market managers are aware of the feature & its functionality
Do regular refresher product trainings for the team to ensure everyone becomes an expert on the product
Design, develop & execute all kinds of material / content required to effectively disseminate the product knowledge & functionality
Troubleshoot with the teams / hoteliers on all features & solve them by closely coordinating with the product team
End-to-end planning & execution of internal team events, offsite business reviews, hotelier award ceremonies etc.
