Participate in proposal preparation and budget development
Develop LP model of a refinery and petrochemical complex using commercial software like PIMS, RPMS etc.
Lead a team of process engineers, delegating tasks and monitoring progress of all deliverables and activities, and mentoring and training entry-level engineers
Work closely with the project manager and other SME in various technology areas to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters are met on the project
Coordinate technical efforts between the process team and other engineering disciplines
Support business development efforts by acting as process lead in client presentations and meetings
Capable of traveling to client offices around the globe
Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s or Doctorate degree in chemical engineering
Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in process technology and / or engineering design in an EPC or an operating environment
Experiences in Linear Programming and any process simulation software are must
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills are required
Experience in the development of process engineering deliverables, including : process flow diagrams, utility analysis and summary, equipment list, equipment data sheets and specifications as well as equipment bid evaluations, process descriptions, etc. will be a plus
Previous experience on managing, developing and encouraging growth for entry-level engineers
