  • Manages activities of revenue team to ensure that revenue is recognized in accordance with Corporate policies and SEC standards.
  • Manage and resolve internal customer inquiries Manages a professional staff.

    Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting of revenue activities for Oracle Corporation. Directs staff activities to ensure accurate processing of all revenue related activities in accordance with corporate policies and Service Legal Agreements.

    Includes reconciliation of receivables and unearned accounts and processing of revenue impacting adjustments. Develop, manage, and implement systems to improve departmental processes and procedures.

    Work closely with other organizations to ensure that system enhancements and business processes are implemented. Identify, propose and initiate implementation of system enhancements and business process improvements.

    Develop and maintain relationships with key players internally and in local countries. Acts as a liaison with key personnel of the revenue cycle in the IeBC, Division, and local country levels to ensure business needs are met.

    May train employees on system and process upgrades and / or changes.

    Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met.

    Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is important. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills preferred.

    Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of accounting practices. Oracle Financials and Excel knowledge is essential.

    AR / RA Experience. BA / BS degree in Accounting preferred., *

    Leads the operation support team for Quote to Order Operations team.

  • This encompasses the functions of Quality check & control, Operations reporting & business intelligence, internal productivity tools development, process training &
  • readiness, people training & development related projects.

    Quality check & control

    Plan and ensure process audits / quality checks are completed on daily basis of samples of transaction processed

    Ensure quality performance levels at process & organization / team / group levels as a key KPI are reported

    Drive & run processes for root cause analysis & preventative action for focus areas emerging from process audits / quality checks

    Develop process or functional expertise of team members to calibrate knowledge levels

    Lead, Develop & drive quality improvement projects where necessary by collaborating with operations & other stakeholders

    Develop innovate ways to move from manual to automated way of doing process audits

    Provide support to internal & external auditors to complete their statutory or regulatory audits

    Collaborate with process experts to develop focused audits or process check activities to improve implementation of process changes

    Operation & KPI Reporting / Business Intelligence / Internal Productivity tools

    Identify, develop and build process for supporting regular reporting requirements of operations team, Managers & leaders

    Provide timely & qualitative reporting service to operations team on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & adhoc reporting requirements

    Constantly identify areas & projects to move from manual data reporting to systems driven reports

    Keep abreast of various systems changes & new data points gathered as part of transaction systems to identify new reporting requirements

    Work with technology teams to make all fields required for reporting are made available on the reporting infrastructure

    Support corporate projects by understanding, developing & building reports for decision making & managing projects KPIs

    Develop team skills to be abreast of changes in technical tools rolled out on regular basis to improve efficiency of reporting

    Constantly innovate ways of supporting increased information requirement through automated & self-service dashboards & reports

    Constantly identify ways of improving user experience on information requests supported

    Collect requirements, build solution approach & develop productivity tools required for managing operations & operations support

    Develop project management cycles for development of tools & providing regular support to users

    Ensure that tools are all reviewed and signed off through corporate security & data protection policies & procedures

    Development safe, unified and seamless process of accessing tools developed using corporate identity management solutions

    Process Training

    Develop & Manage functional knowledge of teams working on transaction process by conducting Bootcamps for new employees, updates on functional process, other specific functional training requirement

    Identify regular training requirements by taking inputs from operation teams, quality observations, individual needs etc

    Develop or maintain or administer or Govern functional or process knowledge certification for operations teams

    Hire, develop & groom process trainers for conducting various process training activities

    Develop process content & validate with relevant process owners for developing knowledge through various learning platforms like online learning, instructor based o class room learning etc

    Govern content on regular basis for redundancy, stale & updates to be done for providing accurate process training content to the operations team

    People Development Projects

    Work with managers & leaders in operations to consolidate competency learning requirements

    Provide consolidate visibility of competency training & learning needs to business HR and talent & development teams

    Provide project management services to administer existing top talent development programs existing in house

    Provide consolidate visibility of learning & training progress done to various level of managers

    Support operation managers in running & implementing various people related projects by collaborating with operations, Business HR & other stakeholders

    Key responsibilities

    Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address strategic & operational goals of teams supported

    Ensure delivery of programs & projects effectively & timely

    Regularly interact across senior management of operational teams supported to ensure objectives are met
