Intelligent AutomationsTechnical Lead is responsible for the implementation and support of automated businessprocesses for existing business systems, delivering solutions on-

time, onbudget and across all approved scope based on timeline estimates theIntelligent Automations team submit early on in each development schedule.

This role will partner closely with otherIntelligent Automations Technical Leads and developers globally to passionatelydrive towards the delivery of automations with high velocity balanced againsthigh quality design and coding standards.

  • Design, implement and maintain automationroutines. Open to other duties asassigned.

  • Service Level AgreementCompliance drive strong processes anddiscipline across the teams (different business processes).
  • Ensure that we work issues with pride, integrity,and a sense of urgency. Ensure accurate and consistent metrics are reported andreviewed for accuracy.

    Utilize our metrics to drive positive behavior. Instillaccountability in our teams and demonstrate willingness and ability to learnfrom our mistakes.

    Promote cross teamcollaboration on issues.

  • EfficientOperating Processes work cross functionally to ensurethat the processes we utilize are efficient and effective.
  • Work to support the process improvementactivities championed and prioritized by the remote functional leaders inspiredby the Operational Excellence principles.

    Ability to implement the full life cycle of an automation solution : identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and, develop, test anddeploy automation solutions using Blue Prism, Office 365 or other acceptedEmerson IT standards for automation applications.

  • Safety andQuality support and enforce strict changecontrol processes. Help define andrefine the way we manage problems in the site in coordination with the local HRleader.
  • Customer Focus instill a customer service mentality into the teams. Promote a collaborative transparent workingenvironment.
  • Set clear expectations withcustomers, employees and sister organizations and then meet those expectations. Validates with process owners, other Centerof Excellence teams and also an end to end business validation upon completionof development effort.

  • BluePrism Developer Certification
  • 2 years’ experience in Blue Prism automation and Blue Prism object development is required. Must have at least 9 months experience in Blue Prism version 6.0 or greater .
  • 4 years’ experience in C# programming is required.
  • Attention to detail and able to manage data accurately
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Experience in other tools that are often used in business process automation (Tableau, Power BI, Nintex, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Apps, Flow, etc.)
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communications abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project tracking and conceptual skills
  • Proficient at dealing with all levels of the organization in a constructive, productive fashion
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Agile development methodology
  • Proven ability to lead large initiatives or projects to successful conclusion

  • Qualifications : BE / B. Tech / MCACandidate should possess the degree from a recognizedUniversity / Institution.Fluent level of both written and verbal English required.
