Responsible for handling the entire life cycle of recruitment : sourcing, coordinating, interview, offer, negotiation, closing candidates, background checks and providing new employee orientation assistance for assigned requisitions
Maintaining database of potential candidates.
Work closely with senior management to understand resource pipeline and weekly reports.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding requirements & mapping the relevant targets
Sourcing from Job Portals, making job postings on the Job Portals and also connecting with various vendors
